Haven't received your Edenred card yet?

If you've received a first e-mail in which we informed you that the account linked to your Edenred card has been charged, then it's normal that you've not yet received your card. Actually, the order of the Edenred card is done automatically the day after the order of your vouchers. 

Your card is already in production and will be sent within 10 working days. 

Please first verify with your employer whether the card has not already arrived at your workplace (the majority of employers opt for a delivery at the firm).
