My Edenred card isn't working properly

Please first check that:

  1. Your card is active (you can check this via your personal web space in the menu "My Cards and Accounts" ;
  2. You have sufficient balance on your account;
  3. The merchant accepts the Edenred Card;
  4. You've encountered problems with this card in different stores.

If all answers are positive, then please take a picture of the front side of your card and send it to us via this web form.

We will execute some final checks. If your card is really not working properly, then we will send you a new one within 10 business days.
