I don't remember my PIN code, how can I retrieve it?

When you want to retrieve your PIN code, you first have to log in into your personal webspace via www.MyEdenred.lu. 

Next, click on "Manage my card and my account".

Next, click on "PIN code" for the card, which PIN code you want to retrieve. 

The status of your PIN code will be shown as follows. Next, you can click on "Retrieve".

Next, click on "Reveal" and the numbers of your PIN code will appear one by one.
