To be able to use your card, you need to:
- Create a MyEdenred account if you do not already have one
- Activate your card
- Add your card to Apple or Google Wallet
Create your MyEdenred account via the MyEdenred platform or the Edenred app.
You will need the activation code and your card number, both of which are provided in the notification sent when your card is issued.
To validate your account, please then enter the security code sent to the email address provided by your employer (most often your work email address).
Your account has now been created! There is just one final step left before you can log in. Confirm the email address of your MyEdenred account (used when creating the account) via the notification sent to that same address.
When you receive your virtual card in your MyEdenred space, you can easily check whether it has already been activated by your employer or whether you need to activate it yourself. To check, go to your personal space via http://www.myedenred.lu/ or the Edenred app.
Go to the Manage my card menu and click the "Activate my card" button.
Your card status has now changed to "Activated". To add funds to your card, follow the next step by logging in to the Edenred app.
If you encounter a problem during this procedure, you can ask your employer to activate your card on your behalf via their Client Area.
In the app, the operation must be carried out via the "Activate" button available on the home page.
If the button does not appear for a technical reason, go to the settings and activate the card there:
Your card status has now changed to "Activated". To add your card to your wallet, follow the next step by logging in to the Edenred app.
Your card status has now changed to "Activated". From now on, a Google/Apple add button (depending on your OS) appears in your app so you can add it to your digital wallet.
