How can I replace my virtual Edenred Gift card with a physical card?

Rest assured: the accepted merchant network is exactly the same for the virtual card and the physical card. Your transactions will therefore be accepted at the same partner stores.

However, if despite the simplicity and convenience of our new virtual card, you prefer to keep a physical card to use your Edenred Gift vouchers, you can order one directly from your MyEdenred account.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. From your MyEdenred account, go to the “Manage my card” section, then select “Order a physical card”.
   

2. A confirmation window will appear. Click “Confirm” to confirm the order of your new physical card.
   

3. Your new physical card will be sent to your employer’s address within 14 working days. Once received, you will be able to activate it via your MyEdenred account and then use it for your purchases at our partner stores.
